According to the National Disaster Management Authority of India, earthquakes affect over 58.6% of the country’s landmass, and floods affect over 12%; cyclones and tsunamis affect nearly 5,700 kilometres of the country’s 7,516-kilometer-long coastline; and drought affects 68 percent of the country’s cultivable land. In several similar issues, Asmpl Foundation offered its assistance in the event of a disaster.
